I've been holding back on this story because I know it's almost a
religious fight. But having read it more and more I want to pipe in.

First let me say when I was a kid, I did some stupid things but when I
look back on them none of them put my life or anyone else's life at risk
when I was doing them. I have had a fast truck before but never really
street raced before. Sure I was out on the open highway doing 100MP once
before and I don't really thing that is the big thing here. What I think
is the big thing is the fact he was blowing stop signs and red lights.
There is no telling who or what else is out at any time of day or night
and you can't just take everyone else's life into your own hands. I would
have thought that was dumb when I was 16 and it's people like that that I
can thank for raising my auto insurance rates when I was younger. I'm just
glad that my money is all that they have cost me and not a loved one's
life.
