I used 3/4 premium on my first tank on the chip.

I did't get the last 1/4 of regular used up and I was about to climb the
grapevine.

I do not think it removes the speed limiter. It doesn't change the rev
limiter, I used that ALOT this past weekend.

I think the main use is to bump spark advance. The 4.7's seem to respond
well to this.
