Yup, what a difference a dealership can make... I had nowhere near as serious a
problem(s) with my truck as Chris, but the first dealership I went to couldn't
pull their head out of their ass long enough to change a light bulb! Fed up, I
tried another dealer and have consistently gotten the best vehicle service and
straight talk I have ever experienced.
I'm glad you found a place that's got their act together.

<< Well i stoped my a different dealer and talked to the service manager and
told im the whole story spent about a half hour with him. He said that what
the other dealer did was total bullshit and he looked at my truck and said
there was no signs of abuse and that the sticker ment nothing. He said that
since I called them on their mistakes and told the GM about it that e must
have gotten ticked off at me. I showed him all of the paperwork I had and he
told me thatit was plenty to get the problem fixed. He also told me that he
would do everything he could to fix the problem. he said that he would go
right to DC with this cause it was wrong for me to be treated that way. I
take the truck to tem on monday so hopefully thing will get better. the best
part of the whole thing was that he love what I have done to my truck and
said he can't wait to see what I do next. i think I have found the right
dealership to work with.
