I would say anything over 55 would be good. After all if your running a stop
sign your already breaking one law so you might was well speed and 55+ outta
cover it on any street with a traffic light or stop sign. Also an added
benifit of this speed would be that you have enough momentum to drive
thourugh anything you may hit like bikers or pedestrians or even most
compact cars. BTW I run red lights all the time but then again its in a
firetruck so that doesnt count does it....
