That 0.9% rate is only for qualified buyers. What are the
qualifications? I have no idea. And you don't find out until after
they run you through the computer. I'd wager most people will have
trouble getting that 0.9% - just enough will get it to keep the feds off
their back. Don't anyone get your hopes up yet. When I bought my Dak,
Chrysler Financing (or whatever they're called) offered me an absolutely
terrible APR - at least 1% higher than even the average bank I checked
with.
