hehe, there are actually plenty of those, even without internal mods!
There's about 4 Dak R/Ts right now running 13s Naturally Aspirated and
COUNTLESS others running low 14s (with Lightnings) and are on bolt on away
from 13s. Lightning just wasn't built for speed. :-)
