Oh please no...unless it's an image of what's on the list, and we keep
the list. I've tried keepping up with the DOC forum and it's crazy.
Same with a few web-based newsgroups I'm in. There are WAY too many
good things about mailing lists like our current setup.
Maybe a newsgroup rather than a UBB-type board?
