I noticed an immediate difference in mine....BUT I couldn't tell you if it
was the coil or the MSD 6A since I installed both at the same time. And no,
I haven't disconnected one to see if one or the other made a difference
because soon after that I installed the new cap, rotor, and 3923's and got
additional pulling power (butt dyno).

What the hell do people replace the factory coils for. I persoanlly have a
Blaster 3, and don't use it, I notice ABSOLUTLY NO DIFFERENCE! The voltage
on the factory coils is plenty high, high voltage coils are bad ass for
older
30,000 Volts systems, but on current 80-100,000 volts systems, new coils
just
can't help that much!?
