Mike,
Go to:

 http://www.obdii.com

They have a table that decrypts the OBD-II codes.

Subject: DML: Scan tool on order

Well, the check engine light is still on, and I ordered the
$162 tool (actually I think it's a cable and breakout box,
http://www.obd-2.com
and a software program for your PC) It's supposed to
be able to read and clear codes, delivery on Friday.
Hopefully on Saturday, I'll clear the code, and then
I can offer a service to members in the LAX (Los Angeles
Airport area. Only problem, it reads codes in OBD2 format,
P0135 and such, anyone have a translation table to convert
that to Dodge codes 47? Otherwise I'm stuck with looking up
Powertrain Whatever Whatever Whatever to de-crypt this stuff.

Mike
