There are lots of groups. Specifically for Dodges, there's the Dodge Truck
Owner's Assn (DTOA), Durango Owner's Club (DOC), Dodge Quad Cab List (DQC),
and Dodge Dakota USA. There's another called Dodge Dakota. Out of all
these lists I believe the DML is the most comprehensive in terms of
information, however, the DML is not a club per se. The DTOA is located in
SoCal (branches are starting to form) and charges a membership fee. The
club holds meets and other events. The club also has made deals with
various vendors for tremendous discounts on Dodge parts. The DML, on
occasion, has group buys that are set up by individual members. These
discounts, as good as they are, have a time limit and require a minimum
number of buyers to take effect.
