Does anyone have, or know where I can get a used overdrive unit for a 42RE?

It looks like I'll have to shell out the $700 to the dealer for a new one,
but I'm trying you guys as a last resort. I've Trans. shops and salvage
yards, nobody has them. I need the overdrive(or whole transmission) for a
42 RE transmission. This is for my '98 V6 Dakota 4x4 with auto trans.
