Ok everybody...open up your Excel Spreadsheets:

Here's the correct formula for CC and CI...and to properly figure out
displacement you'll need Bore, Stroke, and Number of Cylinders.

Cubic Centimeters (CC) =
(0.7853982*(((BORE*25.4)^2)*(STROKE*25.4)*CYL))/1000

Cubic Inches = CC*0.0610237

It doesn't get any more accurate than that.
