THANK YOU for all the info,Ron.I did check into WV lemon law,but I have
trouble with legalese-seems to imply that it must be within one
year.Another place seems to say "during warranty period".Regardless,I
should have pursued the problem more than just one dealer visit every
other month,but then,I work a lot........I called the dealer again(this
is dealer #3,the place I bought it from),and told them it still acts
up.I suggested the co-pilot,so we`ll go with that here in a few days.At
least this dealership saw the problem happen.The two Dodge places nearby
did not see it occur (that blows me away).If this device does not point
them in the right direction,then I`ll fix it myself,er sumpmm.I like my
new ball joint!
