I finally got to install my 180 T-stat. Truck runs much cooler now, and
the fan isn't running constantly. Any other impact, it's too soon to
tell; the computer hasn't re-learned, and immediately after finishing
the job we hauled probably 400 pounds of carpet to my grandmother's
house in it.
Whose brilliant idea was it to put the stat there? It took me forever
just to get everything out, then had to take a Dremel to the manifold to
get the remnants of the old gasket out.
