Don't expect alot from a 3" cat back system on the 4.7L, your only going to
gain about 0-5hp, and little if any TQ. Hind sight being 20/20, I'd spend
money in headers and a custom Y-pipe before the cat back system.
IF there is any HP in the exhaust system, it's gonna have to be from headers,
y-pipe and Cat's. Even thats no guarantee, because no one has given us
results on extensive exhaust mods on a 4.7L.

Who cares about sound! It's all about the performance value here. I've g=
ot
my 3" Gibson and I can really feel that HP gain.
