4.7L Engine Fan?

I don't have my truck on hand, but can anybody give me pictures of the 4.7L
engine fan (The mechanical fan)? I have 4 blades on mine, I could swear
there should be 5. How do these things mount? Mine looks perfectly fine..
Ther's no brakcets hanging out or anything. Thanks
