Do they seem a lot brighter, Bill? Just make sure you stay with std wattage
(55/65) otherwise carry a fire extinguisher and wiring harness. ;-)

Subject: DML: Replacement headlamp bulbs

I know the Dak uses a 9007 bulb and I'm wondering if anyone has replaced
them with the new Phillips 9007BV bulbs?
These bulbs produce more and whiter light than than the standard bulb
with the same wattage. These bulbs are 55/65 watts and have a very little
blue tint. (almost none). They produce 1132/1738 lumens on Lo/Hi beam as
compared to 1000/1350 for the OEM bulbs. I have compared a lot of
manufactures bulbs and now I am down to the wire. Any help guys will be
appreciated. Bill
