So no cam change, no computer "reprogramming" and no emissions equipment
modifications....right?
I know it's possible...we had built a 100% CA Emissions Legal and Street
Legal (by Vehicle Code) '92 Mustang with 450HP and it ran low 12's all day
long. (Also got 24mpg on the highway!) :) The only item that most people
think is "Street Legal" is the actual required equipment to be able to drive
it legally on the street. (There IS a difference.)
