I spoke with my neighbor down the road about hid buddy who has an ATI on his
vehicle...and he stated: "The performance sucks from this thing. It was a
big disappointment after we finally got it dialed in." I also spoke with
one of me GM buddies who's also installed and ATI and he's not happy with it
either. I'd be very careful with this thing....
Jimmy is right in the fact that a 13.81 from an Intercooled 8# Blower isn't
something to write home about.

I'm gonna' need more than a Dyno sheet... I know of several guys who put
this magical ATI blower on it and did nothing but ping. The computer mod
isn't enough, there isn't enough fuel pressure, and there is a lean
condition at all throttle positions...

Just wanted to put my opinion in here also... Keep in mind that the ATI
Procharger is one of the best blowers you can buy, that is from ATI in
Kansas. Golden West performance in Colorado is the company that modifies the
ATI kit for the Dakota. And Like Miggity said, I also have heard nothing but
Bad about the "intercooled Procharger" for the Dak. One of my best Buddies
Paid the Ungodly amount of about 5 grand for the intercooled Procharger from
Golden west (thats with no install, we did it) on his 98 R/T and all he
pulls is 13.81.. Kinda Pathetic for an intercooled 8 pound blower.. BUT In
My Opinion, if one had the funds and the time to tweak this system correctly
(meaning a HUGE fuel system upgrade) then you would be pullin some serious
horsepower.. Just food for thought before ya dive in =]
