If it's hard to describe it's probably your belt or tensioner. When you
have the belt replaced make sure they check the tensioner. You may also
want to check the tension of the belt as it sits right now. It should be
fairly tight with very little play. Check for any visible signs of
cracking. If there is, it's definitely the problem.
