If my grandfather was still alive he would be able to tell you all you wanted
to know, up to a point probably, about the advent of the SR-71 and what has
happened to them. He was a Lockheed engineer that was in on the development
of the SR-71. I am sure he could talk about some of it, but there was
probably some that he still couldn't talk about. I have some of his files on
the SR-71, I will dig through them today and see if I can come up with
something else on it other than what has been mentioned.
