Paul, I think the back brakes are auto adjusting. And if you back up 100 ft
every time you pull out of your driveway it might be cranking down the shoes
on the rear drums? I'm not sure how the "auto adjusters" work but just
another idea to kick around. Have you tried jacking up the rear and
spinning the tires?
