RE: REAR END WHINE

Actually, my rear end whines when I give it too much gas by eating too many
beans...BWAHAHAHA

Ok, kidding aside, I remember a bunch of complaints about 3.55 rear ends. I
think DC was replacing them. This was back when I first joined the DML (I
think). Check the May-June, 2000 archives. They should stick out like a
sore thumb. I remember threads that went on for weeks.

Anybody else have rear end whine when you let off the gas? My 2001 has
this lite whine if I let off or coast. It's there even if I push in the
clutch or kick it into neutral. It's quiet when you are pulling or just
slightly maintaining a pull. Has been there since the day I drove it off
the
lot. I think it's the way it was set up at mfg. It's got a 3.55 LSD 9.25
rear end. Bill
