You want to mess with his mind too. You wire the horn so it doesn't work
unless the car is moving forward and brakes are applied going over 30 mph.
That way, when he slows down to figure out what's wrong it doesn't happen
anymore.

Here's a funny one....someone may have already mentioned it though, I
haven't been following the post. Anyway, get a horn out of a junk car.
Then wire it into the break lights on the car of the guy who did this.
Attach the horn somewhere like inside the rear bumper or on the frame. Now,
everytime he hits the breaks, the horn blows. Talk about pissing the guy
off.....and it's completely harmless. Easy to do with some of those crimps
made to tie into wires without cutting anything.
