Jack,
You should check the archives for break-in on the Dakota R/T mailing
list. I wrote a LONG break-in procedure that has worked wonders for all my 37
vehicles I've owned.....
I would not recommend using the CC at all for the first 2000
miles.... I would vary your speeds as much as possible. However, you can do
this with the CC on too, if you're really lazy.
If anyone would be kind enough to post my break-in procedure to the
DML who read it on the R/T list, that might beneficial.
