1973 models are exempt
1974 models require smog
That is supposed to change soon to a moving 25 year exemption. That was
part of the law that passed.
However the smog exemptions are under fullscale attack by evil liberal
forces. Part of the compromise bantered about is an elimination of that 25
yr exemption or a change to 30 yrs.
