There is a difference. I run Mobil gas. I will never use Hess gas again.
I've
used it about 4 times in my life, in 4 different vehicles and it pinged like
crazy every time. The last time I used it was when my Dak was new (92). I
filled
the tank for a trip to the Adirondacks I made it from Hilton to Watertown
(about
150 miles) and couldn't stand it any more. Bought a can of octane booster
and
dumped it in and no pinging the rest of the way.
