I changed the timing chain on mine. (92) It didn't have a tensioner and I didn't
put one in. It mat not have had one since it was the first year for the Magnum
engines. A mechanic at a dealer said I could buy one from them but I figured the
original chain lasted about 100k miles, so I wouldn't worry about it. I got the
timing set and gaskets at NAPA for about $60. The part to be careful about is
not tearing the oil pan gasket where it seals to the timing cover.
