Jay, I use silicone rubber lube that comes in a spray can.I spray it outside
the garage on a paper towel(to avoid overspray on the truck and waste) and
then wipe down all my seals. I just did this last night, So they are good
for another week.HTH,

Just curious, when you wipe down your seals after washing is it with a
chamois or do you use a cloth with some kind of rubber protectant on it? I
know how you take care of your truck.
