I have a 97 Dak and a few months after I bought it new I went to replace the
fluid and, yes the same thing happened to me, sticky, gooey supposed gasket
didn't seem to do much anymore. Just cleaned it off and didn't worry about
it anymore, after all it is only windshield washer fluid and if I see a leak
under my truck I can "trace by the taste".
