at the Cecil Meet last month, there was a near-stock Neon ACR runnin' 14.56.
The only mod was that he leaned out the fuel mixture (I know this guy
personally, so it's legit). The OHC cars run low 15's in the 1/4mile. The
stock bottom end is stronger than you think.... it can handle 15psi no-prob,
just need some strong head gaskets.
