remove headliner, '00 CC?

Anybody removed the headliner in a 2000 Club Cab?

I want to take mine out (to install a CB antenna on
the roof; then re-install the headliner, of course).

What's involved? How long will it take? Is it worth
buying a factory shop maual to learn how to do it? Any
special tools?
