Weather looks ok, but the last time I drove out to Texas, I ran into a
little snow east of El Paso. It's all in the timing. It looks like where
I'm going tomorrow (Central Texas) might get a little ugly, as in sleet,
freezing rain, oh, just joyus (I'm flying into Austin). Weigh down your
bed, keep the weight back against the tailgate for max effect. Easy on
the throttle and brakes, don't get cocky or stupid, keep lots of
distance. If I knew ahead of time, I woulda let you use my snow tires
off my Dad's '66 Toronado, 235-75-15 Bridgestone Blizzaks with only
about 5000 miles on them. Stay safe!!!!
