Hello, I just recently got an 89 Dakota. When I got it there was no key for
the glove box. (The ign/door key will not fit) I have key blanks to fit it
now but need to remove the lock from the glove box so that I can make a key
for it. Would anyone on this list have any idea how to remove the lock from
the glove box? I have a small manual for the truck but it is only one of
the cheap chiltons that you can buy at just about any auto store. It does
not even talk about the glove box. So I guess a second question would be
where would I be able to find dealer or factory manuals for this truck.
