If you were in Cincinnati, I might be able to give you
some direction. Sounds to me like you are going to
have to get some certifications or start in the
support center of a big company and work your way up.
Hope everything turns out O.K. If you choose to do
certifications, I would start with a MCSE and then do
a CCNA.
