There is a design change on the '01 dashes vs '00. The '01's are more
squared off. (sorry no pictures) Also, the '01's A/C controls are
horizontal rather than vertical and there's a separate A/C on-off switch
which means you can have the A/C on in any of the vent positions.

Hello All,
I had some time to kill so I went down to my local dodge dealer. I have
driven a 5.9 but have not driven a 4.7 liter. So I went to drive a 4.7
I liked the motor alot ( I think they all should come with posi) I scared
the salesmen BTY. But what I need to know did they change the dash in the 01
vs 00. I drove a 00 and I belive that the dash was diffrent. I have looked
at a couple web sites and no one has a picture of a dash layout.
If someone could send a site that has a picture of there dash it would be
greatly App.
Ya I did not buy a new truck. They looked at me when I told them what I
wanted and they said that it would only be special order and they would only
give me 2500 for my truck. They Wanted 24,000 for what i was looking for. I
just laughed and told them that I could get the truck for under 20k on the
internet.
