This company makes a device for decals that lights up.... pretty sweet. They
are only 3"x3" though...

After talking to Ed at www.beingseen.com , he can make them any size you
want. Not cheap, but worth checking out. His other products
(ElectroLuminescent cable) is sweet! I used some to do a computer case
modification....

Just an interest check.
