still swollen (black and blue from the knee to the ankle now), and so forth.

I feel the pain...I feel the pain......I fell the pain......boy! Thanks

Is that YOUR insurance company or the person who hit you??? Man, I have
USAA.. and
when I got tagged, they cut me a check to get it fixed and then went after
the other guy.

A friend of mine had a truck get totalled, USAA (his company) took blue book
(low), then looked
at his payoff... He ended up getting his truck paid off, he got a check to
use as a down on his new truck, rights to purchase his totalled vehicle
(which he did)... He then parted out his totalled truck and made $$$$ on
the deal. Then 2 months later, he got ANOTHER check from USAA. Seems the
other guys insurance company was a little worried after he told them that he
was sore and had some back pain (which he did) immediately after the
accident, but was fine from there on.

If YOUR insurance company is 21st... I would switch companys.
