Hey Brent,
I would suggest getting one that is smooth, instead of
using the bumpy one. I did that on my SLT and the
paint came off not too long after, and I had it
professionally done. So, I decided to, instead of
repainting it, buying a chrome one to go with the rest
of my truck. Glad I did. Good luck!
