I think a pretty good clue is when you're sitting at a light and you see
the fool coming up on you real fast, then get over into the other lane
at the last second indicates that he wants to go fast or does what I
call a "gutter snake" (cut all the way to the right, use the turn pocket
to beat traffic) but that only happens in traffic. This happened at 6am,
no traffic and it was raining. I by no means provoked these people into
a race. As a matter of fact, I'm always getting jumped on at the light
because I get caught off guard most of the time. But if I see them
coming, I'll be ready and waiting. Besides, it keeps me awake since I
don't drink coffee :)
