Not certain about the mileage on the I-4, but it should get better than 21

About the tach - can you find a wrecked Dak that is similar to yours in a
wrecking yard that has the dashboard intact, that would seem to be the way
to go, otherwise a nice Sun aftermarket would work just as well.
