The price is about right not to far from what I'm paying in RI. If you have
a wholesale club near you check them out for the oil. I get mine from BJ's
wholesale club. Cost $21-$23 a case (6qts). Price varys a few buck now and
then. But its cheaper than a reg store. And I don't know about walmart and
a 5qt case never seen that before only 6 and 12. or a 5qt jug of crappy oil.
Anyway to save a few bucks try SAMS club or BJ's. Though they won't have
mobil1 filters.

The oil sounds a bit high, but not too far off. Just an FYI: Once or
twice a
year, Autozone has a nationwide special where you get a case of Mobil 1 and
a
Mobil 1 filter for a pretty good price. Unfortunately I don't remember what
the price is, maybe somebody else does. They only allow you to buy 2 at a
time, but I wait until they have it and then go in a few times to stockpile
for
the year (as anyone who has seen my shop at the annual DML BBQ and trail
ride
can attest) :-)

I have also seen 5 qt. containers at Wal-Mart which are $15 each; that's a
good price. Unfortunately, it seems to be hit and miss, I rarely see then
at
my local Wal-Mart. If anyone knows of anywhere I can buy Mobil 1 in bulk (5
gallons to 55 gallons) I'd love to hear from ya! :-)
