Well all.....finally got around to cleaning the TB. Its amazing what a 2.79
bottle of Valvoline throttle body cleaner
can do. I pulled the TB off the intake and pulled the IAC motor out and
cleaned the port real good, it was pretty dirty..
and got all the gunk off of the plunger. I got it all cleaned up and put it
back on the intake and re-attached the MAP to the TB instead reconnecting it
to the by-pass i was running (didnt really work-Bernd)and blocked off the T
fitting I had on the vacuum hose the the FMU. Took her out for a
spin....seems to me like there is more midrange...but it could be wishfull
thinking. Anywho..its alot nicer now that I dont have to hold the RPM's up
for a min when I start her so she'll stay running.
