17x9's and 275/50R17's on a Gen-II

What kind of problems would I run into if I slapped on a set of 17x9's
wrapped in 275/50R17's on the 96 Dakado? They would already have the correct
offset for the Gen-II Dakotas as these would be aftermarket wheels. TIA
