You need to contact jdharmon@earthlink.net. He has the registration forms
and is the president. Cost is $20 for the first year and $15 annual
renewal. You'll make it all back the first time you purchase Mopar parts.
There are other vendors that discount to the DTOA as well. Most are here in
SoCal.
