Vacuum Problems after M1 install?

I finaly drove my truck after installing the M1 intake. Everything seems
good, but I have noticed a few quarks. The first one is when starting the
truck...without giving it any gas...it hesitates...kinda sputters then
starts. I believe this is because the computer was still trying to adjust
on the first couple of starts..it hasn't done it on the last couple of
starts. The other problem is part-throttle hicup and hesitation. WOT is
fine, but part throttle ecelertation has hicup and hesitation sometimes. By
hicup I mean the engine sounds like it cuts out for a brief second. I am
running an ATI 9psi, and a Magnum Performance TB. I bought the TB used, not
sure the exact model name. I believe it is a Super Karbine by the
description. I'm thinking that it could be a vacuum/MAP sensor issue. Any
ideas or similar experiences?

Thanks,
J
