The 6 vs. 7 rib question all comes down to what the manufacturers make.
Stock is 97.5" which comes in a 7 rib. The ASP 25% reduction takes you to a
94.5 which is 6 rib. The next size down that is 7 rib is 90 or 91.5.
Can't help you with the size to bypass the A/C but I will tell you I noticed
much less drag produced by the compressor during the summer and keep in mind
every time you floor the go pedal the A/C clutch disengages. Its just my
opinion that the free spinning pulley on the A/C compressor doesn't create
enough drag for me to lose my creature comforts. :)

Ok from what i've been hearin is that the pulleys are worth it. so i'm going
to be getting the ASP crank pulley and 16" electric fan when i get the
money. My question is what size belt does it take. Do i have to use the 6
rib instead of 7 rib? Does anyone know the size of the belt to bypass the
A/C with the crank pulley? Thanks for the info. my dak is 95 CC V6 Auto
Daniel
