  There's also the issue of what auto or manual tranny you're talking about.
Vipers and F-Bodies get the Borg-Warner (now Tremec) T-56, which is a sports
car tranny, we get the NV-3500 or AX-15 which is a truck tranny. For any
type
of racing, I know which one I would prefer! :-) (NV3500 shifts too darn
slow
and I bent three valves trying to speed it up) ;-) Ok, maybe some driver
error involved there, but I eventually hope to put an auto in my Dak. (727
or
A518 street/competition prepped, manual valve body w/reverse pattern, B&M
pro
ratchet) Maybe there will be someone out there who can shift faster than
this
setup, but I know it wouldn't be me! :-)
