Things to watch for: cab popping, ball joints wearing out, engine
pinging, foglight switch breaking.

Unless you've got the full-time 4WD transfer case, do not engage 4WD
except in loose/slippery conditions.

The TB needing a cleaning shouldn't have anything to do with gas. The
engine's multi-port injection, not TBI, so there's no fuel in the system
at the TB. Can't say what it could be, though.

Maintenance: Diffs and transfer case every 12K or so. Everything else,
the usual.

Oh, and do be sure you enjoy the truck.
