Neuspeed is an aftermarket parts company. They are heavily into import

OK, every ricer around here AT LEAST has one large "Neuspeed" sticker, and
one Civic in particular has it painte don the entire length of his stock
car. WHAT IS NEUSPEED?!!? Is it a company that makes parts for Imports or
